Hey guys! I'm totally just poppin' in for a real quick post today because, surry, but I gots a Sunday School lesson to plan so I don't gots lots o' time. As evidenced by the fact that I'm talking like I grew up in a trash can. Obviously. ;) Anyway, yesterday I made THE biggest purchase of my life thus far. It was a purchase that was a long time coming, and I couldn't be happier about it. Seriously, I'm soooooo excited about it. I'm going to hold off on sharing what this purchase was, though. At least for a little while. Why? Simply because I love to mention exciting things and get you guys all riled up about it just for the pleasure of refusing to clarify what I'm talking about. ;) I kid, I kid. I'd tell you all today, but when I talk about it I want to do it with a bang! Yes, I'm a drama queen. Anyway, this is my last "Summer" look for you all! Kind of sad? Nah, I hates the Summer time. ;) I do love this outfit, though! Fun print, colors, and of course some crazy sneaks! Really, though, is anyone else blown away that we're already heading into Fall? Where has this year gone?! AH! Also, this is totally random but..."I don't know about you, but I'm feeling twenty-two!" I've been really feelin' being twenty-two lately so that song has been popping into my head allllls the time! Also, I decided to name this post after that one "Boom Clap" song, that's all over the radio lately, because it just makes me think of an end of summer partayyy! Anyway, yeah, I'm gonna get to my Sunday School lesson planning. :)

Work has been a doozy as of late. First, that "honeymoon" stage that all new jobs have has begun to wear off, rather quickly. Which, to be honest, was to be expected. I mean, no one has ever equated "DMV" with "fun". I have now begun trying to entertain myself by attempting to spot PB's (potential babes). They are rare. Really, rare. As in, I haven't spotted one since my third day, rare. Tis a sad thing. Ya know, one would think that there would be more PB's in need of renewing their vehicle registration, but no. Tis a boring job, that of a DMV worker. Although, this morning the system crashed, and admittedly I kind of loved the chaos of it. Not only did it make it a little more entertaining but it also gave me a good couple of hours in which I got to just sit and wait for the system to come back up. In other news, did you guys know Kristen Bell sang all of her own parts in Frozen? Melt your heart, right? I mean, could she get any more loveable? First Veronica Mars, then the whole sloth thing, and now she sings all of her own parts? She's my fave. Check her out singing it live...

I know this look is way more Summer than it is Spring, but hey, if the weather fits, am I right? Also, I know I've worn this hat waaaay too much already, but I just can't see myself not wearing it at least once a week. It's just that cute/fun. Also, when it comes to summer, it really is all about the accessories. Bright colorful ones at that too! Well, that's all I have for you all today. I know, I'm boring. I've just been feeling blah-y lately, which if you read yesterday's post you already knew. Also, for all my fellow Harry Potter nerds out there, check it!

Bubble Gum, Bubble Gum, In a Dish

Love blows. That is all. Just kidding. ;) I thought that for the actual day of Valentine's I'd go with a more "sarcastic" look, and what's more sarcastic than this crop top? This crop top and pair of heart shaped sunglasses are the last couple of things I got with my F21 gift card from Christmas. Now, even though, I love this outfit for Valentine's, I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for anyone else. Well, unless your fella is good humored and into sarcastic t-shirts. ;) Also, anyone remember that little rhyme, "Bubble gum, bubble gum, in a dish. How many pieces do you wish?" I do. It brings back such fond memories of school yard fun. Sigh...to be a child. Being around my little cousin is really reminding me of how much I love kids. They're just the best and I just love them. Also, apparently, my little cousin is convinced that I'm Chinese. I thought, at first, that she only thought I looked Chinese because of my cat eye make-up but even without any make-up on she tells me she loves my pointy Chinese eyes. Go figure. :) She also tells me she likes me better without any make-up on, which she adorably calls paint, and that I look I'm 19. She knows exactly how to get in a girl's good graces. ;) Also, her little kisses? They're just the best. She gives the most delicate and intense kisses on the cheek EVER. If I could just keep her forever and tuck her into my pocket, I would. Also, I love how honest little kids are. Nobody tells it to you straight like a little kid or a drunkard. Although, it's much nicer when it comes from the former. :)

Also, I'm kind of in love with these sunglasses. I love that they're so bright and fun. I can't wait to wear them in the summer! Oh and just as a side note, I don't want you all to go off and think that I'm one of those resentful Valentine's Day celebrators. Vday is neither here nor there to me. I don't love it. I don't hate it. No resentment here. :) In fact, in honor of Valentine's Day let's celebrate how good Joss Christensen and Nick Goepper looked last night when they won Gold and Silver medals respectively. I know it's just the medals that are giving me goo goo eyes, but whatevs. ;)  Plus! Plus! They're 22, just my age. ;) Well, the age I will be in exactly three weeks and six days! Ahhhhhhhhh. Guys. I'm going to be 22! Someone pinch me. Can I just be five again? That would be nice. Ya here that, world? Let me be five again. Kay, thanks! ;)

P.S. Love blows. ;) Also, can you all guess who my little photographer was today? My little love bug cousin Amy! I was just going to take them myself with my tripod, but she offered so I let her give it a shot. Let me tell you, for a seven year this girl is DOPE. She did a fantastic job. Also, she was hilarious. She was like, "Hold that pose! Hold on, I'm going to kneel on the ground for a better angle. Yep, yep, perfect. Move your arm a little bit. Do that other thing again. Alright, hang on, let me take some close up shots." It was hard not to giggle the whole time. I was also wishing I could have another camera myself to photograph HER photographing me. She looked ADORABLE. Look at this little Sass Monster!
