You guys ever have that thing happen to you where your eye liner smears onto your eyelid for some freak reason? Yeah, well, this has been happening to me like EVERYDAY for the last couple of weeks and I can't figure it out. At first I thought it was just the type of pencil liner I was using, so I switched over to my cream eyeliner but it still kept happening so I switched over to my liquid liner thinking THAT would do the trick but NOPE, the smearing persists. I'm at my wits end and I'm about to just throw in the towel and quit on eyeliner again!! Unless, any of you have suggestions for me, eh? Eh? Anyway, now that that riveting discussion on liner has ended lets talk weekends. How were all of yours? Mine was pretty fantabulous! I binge watched Gilmore Girls so long Netflix felt the need to ask me if I was still there. Not even kidding. That is an actual thing. Netflix paused my episode and full on asked me, "are you still there?" Thank you for your concern Netflix, but yes I am very much still here watching Gilmore Girls. ;) Also, HAPPY CANADIAN THANKSGIVING!! I got the chance to celebrate the event with Lauren and a small group of other fun peeps. All in all, I think Canadian Thanksgiving is a fun old holiday! Also, in other news apparently "bollocks" is a bad word. Like, what the what? How can "bollocks" be a bad word? That doesn't even sound remotely bad! That's like making "puppies" or "fishies" bad words. It's completely nonsensical. You can't make something that sounds inherently cute a cuss word. It's just ridiculous. I normally love the Brits but boy, did they drop the ball on that one. ;)

I have been DYING to share this coat with you guys ever since it arrived in the mail! I thought it's color was PERFECT for the Fall season not to mention it's cute little bow on the side! Plus it's like as soft as a babies bottom! It's also warm without being too stuffy, know what I mean? Pretty much, it' perfect. Also, I bought these over the knee boots at Forever21 about a thousand years ago and they're still one of my favorite purchases ever. Although, I'm thinking I'm going to be needing new ones before long because of how much I've worn them. In other news, I did a guest post on Gentri's blog yesterday so you should all go check it out. Ya know, since you all love me so much. ;) Anyway, yeah...
These photos are so funny to me because right as Shailynn and I were shooting them a group of teenage girls stopped on their way into the theater to stare at us. Now, that in and of itself isn't too funny, the funny part was that as they stood their staring they started whispering to each other, "Is that Kylie Jenner?"..."I think it is, look at her hair. It's the same color."..."Should we say something?" This was mainly amusing to me because Kylie is about a good 7 inches taller than me, 5 years younger (she's 17, can you believe it?!), and her hair is currently blue/green, not purple. Sad that I know all this? Probably. Buuuut, I did confess to you all that I'm a closet "Keeping up with the Kardashians" fan. "Don't judge me, Lizzy. Don't you dare judge me." Sorry, I just had to throw in that Pride & Prejudice quote because it fit so well, don't you dare judge me for my like of that silly reality TV show, you guys, don't you dare judge me. ;) There are so many things on my to do list, and so many "just-for-fun" things that I'd like to do this week. Mostly little social outings that would very likely involve making possibly important connections and yet alls I wants to do is procrastinate it all, stay at home, and watch The Mindy Project. I'm so bad. Mostly, I'm just suffering from mild cold symptoms and I would like to stay snuggled until I feel better. Anyone want to take care of all my business for me so I can chill at home? Eh? Eh? Any takers? Didn't think so. ;)
I don't know about you guys, but I follow MadeWell's blog on Bloglovin' (it's really quite good and you should all follow it) and one of the trend's they predicted for this Fall season was the "Tote as a Clutch" trend. I decided to try it out and I'm totally digging it. I feel like it just has a way of making an outfit look instantly more chic and it's easy as pie all you have to do is take any old tote bag, I used my "baby-poop-smell" one, and fold it in half letting the shoulder straps hang loose. Bam. Insta glam. Insta updated trend. Also, plaid and booties. If they don't scream fall then I don't know what does. Also, happy first day of Fall!!! Yay!! It is O-ffically my favorite season of the year now! Which also means that four days ago I turned 22 and a HALF! Carazzy? Mmm, yes. You guys, I just realized why I'm so boring lately! It's because I've been writing my posts when I'm basically half asleep. In fact, I'm pretty sure a couple of the posts from the last month or so where written while I was sleeping! Seriously. There are definitely a couple of posts that I went back to look at and I thought to myself, "What the? When in the heck did I write that?" I need to sleep more. Also, work has just been going extra long these days. Since I have to stay till every customer has been helped, more often than not, these days that has meant staying past 6. I'm tirrrrud. I seriously cannot wait till I'm poolside in Vegas. My body is definitely getting desperate for a break! Anyone else feel me? Come on, ja feel me? Also, I'm a little turd. I'll go a good few weeks without indulging in any sweets, my skin will get all beautiful and clear, and then I go and give in and eat a cookie...or two...or three...or a hundred...what? Just kidding, not really a hundred, but I'll eat a few cookies and screw up the whole perfectly smooth and clear skin thing. So, yeah, I'm a turd. ;) I guess that's what astringent is for, right?

Sooooooooo, I shop way too much at Forever 21 and h&m. I need new stores, but it's hard to go elsewhere for things when F21 and h&m have such cheap prices and dang cute items. I'm starting to get myself to invest in the more expensive things, though, because the difference in quality is seriously astounding. Not to mention that if I invest in the better quality items they'll last longer! My first bigger investments where, prepare yourselves because you'll pass out once I tell you, drum roll please...two BETSY JOHNSON leather jackets! BETSY. FLIPPIN'. JOHNSON, guys. I love that crazy freak! Eek! I'm so excited! I'm gonna look like such a bad a$* in them! Too bad it's way too hot to wear 'em now. Oh well. I snagged them for a song at the Nordstrom Half Yearly Sale. Anyway, this look today was inspired by another fellow blogger! I bet y'all can guess who! *side note* Did I just "y'all"?
